To Roger, With Love

Dear Roger,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your gracious services to me this morning. I showed up at your service station having no idea what was wrong with my car, and for only $78.95 you were able to tell me. That is an incredible price. Really. And you didn't even have to do any real work to find out the problem ... you just hooked my car up to a computer and it told you what was wrong. You're right Roger ... why would you want to do any work when the computer can just do it for you, and then you can get $78.95. You are a genius!

I also wanted to thank you for the great estimate you gave me for replacing my oxygen sensors and servicing my transmission. Seven hundred and five dollars is very reasonable. I mean, considering that an oxygen sensor only costs $45, the price that you have given me is a steal of a deal. Thanks Roger. You're a pal.

Love,
Amanda
