granola, a gift from the lord

My blog is eventually going to turn into one big advertisement for all the stuff I like. But these are so tasty that I couldn't resist. I eat a lot of granola bars, and have recently realized that they are not as good for you as you may think. Many of them are loaded with high fructose corn syrup, and a myriad of other fake ingredients. Enter, Cascadian Farm Harvest Berry Bars. They are delicious. No high fructose corn syrup, and you can actually recognize and pronounce all of the ingredients. 130 calories, 2 grams of fat - not too shabby. Although they do still contain 13 grams of sugar, so they probably shouldn't be consumed in bulk.
