product of the week

I'm taking a break from the normal oatmeal or scrambled eggs/canadian bacon breakfast- mainly because they take more time and I've been late to work a lot recently. Cold cereal is a good alternative, but it's hard to find a healthy ceral that doesn't look and taste like rabbit droppings. My new favorite is Kashi Autumn Wheat. Slightly sweet, but not frosted so they don't taste like a FedEx package and they aren't too sugary. Only 190 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 7 grams of sugar per serving. And I stay full until lunch because of all the fiber (6 grams). Oh, yeah ... and it's organic. Duh.

Get some.
